Why Coaching?

Actively take charge of your current role in engineering and develop the career you want by receiving guidance and support from someone who has been there, experienced the struggles and persevered through.

What are my credentials?

Throughout my career, I have consistently taken on roles in both project management and people leadership, often serving as one of the few women in senior positions. As a Project Manager, mentoring has always been a key focus for me because I firmly believe that fostering the growth of others is essential to building a strong and successful team.

I hold formal training in Agile Project Management and have invested in my own professional development through coaching to advance my career. In addition, I have navigated the challenges of motherhood over the past five years—an experience that has provided me with more hands-on learning than any formal education could offer.

My career journey has been one of resilience—marked by challenges, successes, and unexpected turns. These experiences have honed my skills, and I am confident in my ability to help you elevate your career to the next level.

What is Growth Mindset?

Basically – Growth mindset means you believe that everyone can learn new skills and capabilities. Fixed mindset means everyone was born with all the skills and capabilities they will ever possess and can never achieve more.

I recommend this book (or at a minimum the theory behind the book) by “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success” by Carol Dweck, Ph.D.

Questions, questions, questions, along with self-discovery and real solutions to try at work and/or home.

What commitment is required?
